This training session will provide an in-depth review and explanation of all the required parts of an Implementation Plan to meet state regulations. This will include plan development with an individual’s participation, SMART goals, methods, and strategies to achieve objectives, data collection systems, dates, timelines, signatures, and sending documents as required.
