Description
Vendors will be provided with one display table in which to display materials, display items, and other information pertinent to conference participants.
- Conference Audience: We are anticipating the participation of 700+ conference attendees. This is a unique audience of business owners and leaders that serve adults with special needs throughout the State of Florida.
- Who Attends the Conference? Advocacy Groups, Agency Administrators, Business Owners, Industry Experts, Managers, Policymakers, and more.
- Vendor Publicity: Vendors will be acknowledged during the event and on event signage. Vendor information will be included in other event communications and in participant conference materials.
- Participant Access: Vendor tables will be located in the main conference ballroom. This will allow access to conference participants during the open and closing sessions, during lunch break, and between seminar sessions.
